  • Waterjet cutting up to 8″ thick with no heat-affected zone for pristine edges on metals and exotics.

  • 3 kW flat fiber laser for sheet up to 48″×48″ and 1/2″ thick (Aluminum, Stainless, Mild Steel).
  • 4 kW tube fiber laser for round/rectangular/structural profiles with 3-axis bevel cuts to 45°.

  • CNC press brake (44-ton, electric/dual-servo) for precise bends and repeatability.

  • Programming assistance to add tabs, bends, notches, locating marks; optimized sheet/tube nesting.
